We had an amazing stay at Katie's Cottage. The location was perfect, with plenty of walks right from our doorstep. The cottage was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The owner, Claire, was friendly and even left us delicious scones as a welcome treat. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and loved being able to unwind at the local pub just a short distance away. we highly recommend Katie's Cottage for a wonderful getaway.

Complimentary WiFi and private parking available onsite. Let me tell you, it was like finding treasure in the middle of the countryside! Not only did I have hassle-free parking, but I also had reliable WiFi to stay connected while enjoying the tranquil beauty around me.

    Limited kitchen counter space.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of beautiful walks right on our doorstep and a short walk into town for more exploring. We didn't need to use our car as there was ample public transport available to take us to other nearby locations. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Claire, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the delicious scones she left for us were a lovely touch.

For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for the children in the cottage's garden.

The cottage was absolutely adorable, with cozy furnishings that made us feel right at home. As someone who loves a rustic and charming atmosphere, this place hit the mark for me.

If I had to pick one thing, the lack of a second bathroom was a bit inconvenient, especially when you have a group of friends sharing the cottage. But hey, it wasn't a deal-breaker, and we managed just fine.

The bathroom with the bath or shower was so cozy and inviting after a long day exploring. I loved being able to choose between a relaxing soak or a quick refreshing shower. It made me feel like I was pampering myself on vacation.

If I had to pick one thing I liked less, it would be the bathroom with just a shower. But hey, some people might prefer a quick rinse over a leisurely bath.

Booked Katie's Cottage for the weekend due to work in the area. Perfectly located, with lots of walks from the doorstep and a short walk into town with plenty of public transport options. The owner, Claire, was very friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was clean, cosy, and well-equipped. We never needed to move our car and had a lovely, relaxing holiday. The scones left for us were a nice touch.

    Do recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed playing golf and cycling in the area, although I almost fell off the bike! Thank goodness for the complimentary WiFi, it distracted me from my embarrassing moments. The fireplace was cozy, but I managed not to set fire to the sofa!

Nothing to complain about, it was all just TOO perfect. Just kidding, I loved it all!

We chose Katie's Cottage for our family trip to Skipton, and it was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the Royal Hall Theatre, where we enjoyed a fantastic live performance. The cottage itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner, Claire, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the little touches, like the delicious scones that were waiting for us upon arrival. We would happily book Katie's Cottage again for our next family adventure.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for kids nearby.
